The 'suite' room available next to the elevator was a bit small with the lift shaft running through the bedroom, but our early check-in at 10 am was convenient. The service was outstanding, with courteous and attentive staff from the front desk to breakfast bussers. The location was central to most of Waikiki, making it easy to reach restaurants, shops, and the beach. The dining experience, including the daily morning service, was satisfactory but could use some improvement. The facilities were decent overall.
